PROUD TO BE LIBERAL says
A stark choice to the Route 40 club.
Rob in Bel Air says
Oh come on now, I’m sure there will be a lot of “profound” things said . . .
ALEX R says
FCCAU does great work. Really great work. But they don’t do enough of it because they don’t have the resources. Maybe a few of the progressive/lib/dems that like to get a little lathered up other places on Dagger could write a check.
Oh, and before you snipe at me, I did write a check. And I will likely write more of them to this group.
Billy Jack says
Come on now, Democrats. What is it with the speaker being a person of substance and commitment. Couldn’t you find any witches?
firstname.lastname says
Maybe we should do like the republican club and get a whiz bang speaker like Christine O’Donnell…hahahaha
Talk about deep.
Paul says
Rte 40 Republican Club was co-opted by Fred Mullis after Steve Wright’s death. The Rte 40 Club under Mullis’ leadership is irrelevant with very few active members.
ALEX R says
How many of you dem/progressive/libs actually showed up last night? And, more importantly, how many wrote checks to this great cause? You are all of the time trying to pass laws to make me contribute to your favorite cause thru my taxes so I would presume that FCCAU can expect some really big donations out of your personal funds. C’mon, let’s have a show of hands now.
ALEX R says
Wait, I just checked with FCCAU. Not many checks were written by you fine dem/lib/progressives. If you guys can’t get behind this cause then what can you support?
What? Do you expect me to pay for everything? Oh, I guess you do. Hypocritical cheapskates!
