From the Aberdeen Police Department:
On Thursday, October 20, detectives from the Aberdeen Police Department, with the assistance of the Maryland State Police, arrested Shawn Michael Cook, 38 of the 1000 block of Elkton Ave. Baltimore County. The arrest warrant charged Cook with several counts of malicious destruction, theft and being involved in a theft scheme.
Detective Divel of the Aberdeen Police Department has been investigating several copper thefts in the City and was able to develop information of Cook’s involvement in the thefts. Cook was arrested without incident in the 8900 block of Kelso Drive in Baltimore County. The investigation is continuing.
Detective Divel is working with allied police agencies that are investigating similar copper thefts. Cook has been released on $5,000 bond.

I wonder why they don’t mention that the “mysterious” location where he was arrested, the 8900 block of Kelso drive is the Baltimore County District Court. Sounds like Mr. Cook was probably already in trouble.

read it again dummy it doesnt say mysterious anywhere and if your in law enforcement you should be glad that guys off the street.
P.S. find something better to do like locking somebody up and stead of commenting on your fellow officers.
