Bel Air Agenda Nov. 7: Development Regulation Amendment; Economic & Community Development Commission Appointment; Sewer Camera

The Bel Air Town Commissioners will consider an amendment Monday night, which would amend the town’s Development Regulations to include a reference to the Special Development requirement for commercial projects exceeding 7,500 square feet.

The town commissioners are also expected to award a bid for the purchase of a sewer lateral camera and to make an appointment to the Economic & Community Development Commission.

Also Monday night, the town commissioners will issue a proclamation in recognition of Municipal Month and receive a presentation in regard to an essay contest.

The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in Bel Air Town Hall.
