From Harford County government:
The Harford County Department of Administration will conduct a public hearing on the County’s proposed rule and regulation requiring County property to be tobacco-free. The hearing will be held on December 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Conference Room, Harford County Government Administration Building, 220 South Main Street, Bel Air.
