From Harford County government:
Harford County Executive David R. Craig will be joined at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 10 by President Anthony Coliano of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company, members of the Harford County Council, the Harford County Delegation to the Maryland General Assembly, Commissioners from the Town of Bel Air and fire and EMS leaders from Harford County, for the official groundbreaking of a new substation for the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company on Patterson Mill Road south of Bel Air. The substation has a projected cost of $2.8 millions and should open in September 2012.
