The power to create a legacy – when you make a charitable donation of at least $100, you will have the opportunity to name one seat in the new APG Federal Credit Union Arena at Harford Community College. At the same time, your generosity will help to support the newly-renovated Susquehanna Center through programming, operations, equipment and technology.
Consider naming a seat in honor of parents, children, students, teachers, mentors, friends, current or retired faculty or staff, a club or organization, your business or you. Your legacy will live on.
Don’t know what to get for that special occasion? A seat named in a person’s honor would make a unique birthday, anniversary, graduation, or retirement gift. You might also want to consider naming a seat in memory of a loved one, to celebrate a holiday, or to recognize a special achievement.
When completed, the new arena will be the largest indoor venue in Northeastern Maryland, able to accommodate approximately 3,300 people. In addition to being home to three of HCC’s Fighting Owl athletic teams, it will be used for commencements, concerts, special events, conferences, trade shows and more.
Only 1,200 seats are available for naming, and they will be assigned as soon as donations are received. Seat locations cannot be specified. Nameplates can be engraved with up to three lines with 15 characters per line. HCC reserves the right to alter messages that are inappropriate or do not comply with engraving specifications. Naming a seat does not guarantee admission to the Arena.
HCC is a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
