(Bel Air, MD) – The Harford County Department of Public Works, Division of Highways and Water Resources, will conduct a public meeting to discuss a petition to modify the western portion of Church Lane in White Hall Maryland from an earth to a tar and chip surface. The meeting will be held on May 16, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the offices of the Department of Public Works, 212 S. Bond Street, Third Floor, Bel Air, Maryland 21014.
