The Havre de Grace City Council will hold a public hearing on water and sewer rates during its Monday night session and will consider five other ordinances – two concerning the Harford County Road Code, one regarding taxicabs, another concerning the city property tax rate, and one about backflow protection to the city’s water supply.
The city council will recognize Students of the Month Matthew Hauf of Meadowvale Elementary School and Tara Brown of Havre de Grace Middle School.
Monday’s session will also include presentations from Curtis Coon on MOE proposed changes by UCH/Planning Commission Recommendations; John Giganti regarding Joe Hill Drive/Grace Manor traffic patterns; Ron Hendricks regarding Tree City USA; and Mayor Wayne Dougherty, who will present the city’s third quarter financial results.
