The Havre de Grace City Council is expected to reappoint five members to the Historic Preservation Commission during its Monday night meeting. Ronald Browning, Melvin Wolinski, Kathy Keen, Grace Dennis, and Judy Plitt are each up for reappointment to the commission.
Also Monday night, the city council will discuss a license agreement at 810 Market Street for a brick landscaping wall in the Market Street right-of-way. Monday’s agenda also includes a vote on amendments to special events dates, including a Movies at the Park date change from August 24 to September 7 and a Fridays Concerts at the Park adding August 3 due to rain on June 22.
Announcements from the Grace Manor and War of 1812 Ad Hoc Committees are also expected Monday.
Before adjourning Monday night, the city council will move into a closed session to discuss an issue concerning land acquisition.
