From the Aberdeen Police Department:
The Aberdeen Police Department Criminal Investigations Division has been actively investigating two incidents of vandalism that have occurred in Grove Presbyterian Cemetery located 50 E. Bel Air Ave. In both incidents approximately 126 headstones have been turned over or damaged totaling approximately $20,000 in damage. Some of the headstones will require professional restoration.
Investigations into the incidents lead to a suspect being identified. Charged as an adult with the offense was Robert Joseph Farrington (DOB 11/03/92). Two juveniles have been identified and charges have been filed through the Department of Juvenile Services.
Farrington was charged with vandalism, malicious destruction of property, and defacing of religious property.

Can the community have a fundraiser to come up with the most appropriate penalty for this scum? Twenty bucks a try – I think we can raise thousands – but that certainly wouldn’t get them off the hook for complete restoration!!!
This really bothers me, Not only are people vandalizing Church Property; nor do they have respect for the community, the town of Aberdeen and peoples Loved ones. I spent countless hours years ago removing brush from the cemetary and replanting flowers and cleaning up the place as I was working an Eagle Scout Project and for some people to have no respect, we dont need people like this walking are streets.
