From the Aberdeen Police Department:
At about 3:30 p.m. on Sunday July 15, the Aberdeen Police received a call reporting an assault had occurred in the area of E. Bel Air Ave. and Philadelphia Boulevard. Arriving officers located Richard Webster, 55, of the first block of Norman Ave, suffering from a head injury.
Preliminary investigation revealed that Webster was involved in an altercation with another male. Webster may have been injured during the altercation when he fell, striking his head.
Webster was treated at the scene by paramedics and transported to Shock Trauma by Maryland State Police helicopter. Webster is currently in stable condition. It appears that Webster may have known the other male involved. The investigation continues.

where are all the people who say that society let them down. We need more programs for these people. I am sure obamacare would have come in handy when one lost the fight.

they are the ones who are going to be sending them commissary money for their account and accepting the collect calls. I happen to know it all and see into the future. We are spending more money on these people and getting less and less return.
