R.I.P. Mark You are a great man/father/husband. What a class act.
Unlike your Chief, who felt it necessary to attend the Ravens Game tonight, showing what a true leader he isn’t.

What a shame…..

As for the other issues, I have no comments other than a hope that all agencies, but especially APD would strive to have a department that is not just close during the hard times, but has that sense of brotherhood and family all the time. It used to be like that but sadly it is not now. So to all the command staff I would ask that you try to encourage your department to have brotherhood starting now.
Enough Said says
Sandi You of all people should refrain from commenting on BROTHERHOOD in the dept. Until your husband starts backing up his fellow officers on calls or even performs his duties at an acceptable level,Ms.E you should keep quiet.

For the record….we are ALL grieving for our precious brother & friend. Sheriff Jesse Bane & Chief Henry Trabert were both at the viewing for Mark Franklin.
Stop taking an opportunity to put digs into others. It is time to comfort those hurting because of this Great Loss!!!!
The Family Does Not Need To Read Negative Things Such as This!!!!

Another black eye for the HCSO…Future Union President? Look at the integrity of the two prior to the present one? Sure makes you wonder??
Prayers that the Sheriff will get it together and clean up his messes…and they are his no matter what….The price you pay to be on top…
Good luck and God’s Blessings Sheriff
Jocephus says
You dumbass, how does any of the above have anything to do with HCSO
Knowthetruth says
Well thank you for enlightening me and everyone else with the amount of ignorance you posses. It appears to be some type of computer glitch as I recall losing my ISP at the same time I posted this comment regarding a different story regarding the HCSO. Once again a prime example of someone engaging their mouth/ keyboard before their brain, no matter how unaware they may be. Please have a great day and God’s Peace to you.
