From the Havre de Grace Police Department:
On 10/5/2012 at approximately 8:40 a.m., officers responded to Hutchins Park, 200 block of Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace for a report of a body in the water.
Officers arrived on scene where they observed the body of an unknown female in the water just off shore.
The woman has not yet been identified and the circumstances leading to the unknown woman’s death have yet to be determined.
