From the Harford County Public Library:
Nonprofit organizations and other grant seekers searching for information on fundraising, nonprofit management, grant seeking and grant writing and related subjects now have access to the Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center of New York at the Harford County Public Library Bel Air Branch.
“Harford County Public Library is very pleased to bring these critical resources to Harford County through a grant provided by the Community Foundation of Harford County.
