Don’t want to rain on anybodys parade, but with all those listed, involved and high-fiving one another, the result(s) are ……? PS. When did this “study” begin, how much did it cost, how much is it going to cost and what is the end result expected to be? And pls. don’t say BRAC. It’s here and has been now for sometime. Also believe OWE’Malley was suppose to make some kind of contribution to the area “prior-to” the arrival of BRAC.
