From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
[March 9, 2013, Aberdeen, MD] — On Saturday, March 9, 2013 at approximately 6:20 pm deputies of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 200 block of Perrywood Court in Aberdeen.
Deputies arrived and discovered that the victim, Daniel Patrick Morris, 26 of the 400 Block of Willow Drive in Elkton, Maryland had been transported to Harford Memorial Hospital by an acquaintance. Once at Harford Memorial Hospital, Mr. Morris was flown to University of Maryland Shock Trauma by Maryland State Police Medivac where his condition is listed as serious.
Preliminary information provided to deputies was that a dispute had occurred at the Perrywood Garden Apartment complex before the shooting occurred. The victim, who suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen, was unable to provide a description of the suspect.
The investigation is continuing.

Actually it looks like he is assuming it had something to do with drugs…not an unreasonable assumption for Perrywood, especially Perrywood Ct.
Of course, he could be wrong and this gentleman was in the neighborhood to attend Saturday evening church services at one of the nearby churches and merely had a minor dispute that got a little out of hand over the interpretation of Biblical verses with a fellow scholar.
