Meeting Date/Time: Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 6:30 to 8:00 P.M.
Meeting Location: Bel Air Branch of the Harford County Library, Meeting Room
Location of Proposed Development: 1210 and 1220 Bel Air Road in Bel Air
Description of Proposed Development: 258 apartment units and 3,000 SF of Retail/Restaurant on 17.77 acres of B3
The proposed site plan and other information should soon be available at http://www.harfordcountymd.gov/PlanningZoning/index.cfm?ID=32

On the map it shows the location to be at Heritage Cadillac of Bel Air, across from the Goodwill store… is Heritage leaving, or will the apartments be behind the auto dealers?

I’m guessing that’s a mapping error. I have no certainty, but my hunch is the land across from the auto auction adjacent to Ridge Road.
Check back on the link in the article as it will probably include a site plan at some point which should answer the question definitively.

It’s updated. Across from the end of Joppa Rd, next to Bateman’s and between US1 and 1B.
Either another light or another T-bone waiting to happen.
