of this great Nation. Guest speaker is Col Gregory McClinton, Garrison Commander APG. Col McClinton is a graduate of Towson University and a native of nearby Pennsylvania. Performances by the Bel Air HS Chorus and the Bel Air HS Band plus Color Guards and Bugler. Begins at 0800hrs (8 AM) Humbert Amphitheatre behind Town Hall.
