Wow says
For anyone that says teachers need to be paid more because they work such grueling hours, I give you this photo.
Happy, Happy, Happy... says
Such good news about Harford Technical having a new assistant principal!!!
No longer amazed by stupidity-just going numb says
Hopefully the new AP at Tech won’t be as incompetent as the one that got traded away….
Waiting for change says
I’m with ya bro!
Happy, Happy, Happy... says
TWO new assistant principals for Tech!!!
watcher says
“Wow” is a good name for you, idiot.
Wow us Misinformed says
@Wow: You do realize those are students in the photo, right? You do realize teachers and parents donate excessive amounts of time after the work day to do Destination Imagination, right? I don’t think you could be more ignorant of the facts if you tried.
wow says
Even worse. glad to see my tax dollars hard at work teaching kids to dress like a pixar movie, whilst flunking math.
Windy says
“whilst”…lol. Don’t try to sound so intelligent. I’m sure you can’t even spell DI.
wow says
You must be a teacher. A close minded nothing-body that only spews hate and personal attacks. Oh wait, I’m sure you are very “open minded” as long as it goes along with your ideology.
Wowzer says
@Wow,
Why do you have such animosity against teachers? Clearly you have no clue the BS they deal with. It is a job that isn’t left at the school. Work comes home for the evenings and weekends. Constant emails from parents. Grading. Planning. Buying things for the classroom/class with their own money. Buying school supplies for the classroom because some kids come from poor families and do not have the necessary supplies.
Stop being a troll.
Eddie McNeil says
Wowzer – Exactly. While I am not one to blindly support huge pay raises in times of economic stagnation, I do believe that they deserve every penny that they get. Their job is a difficult one. To bash without reason is foolish.
WHAT THE HELL? says
Judging by the picture, that has to be one weird ass “club”.
TheJabber says
They will make more than you do my friend….
manure spreader says
Make more what? Income?
That has to be the most epic internet fail of an insult, first of all, who cares? Secondly, lots of people make more money than me, homie! Hell, bro, some of them may have never even finished school and they still beat my income!! Oh boy!!!!! I’m insulted!!!!
Here’s some more random assed logic and comments, after I hit submit I’m going out and spreading dookie in the farm fields!!! Yeah!!!!!!
DI mom says
Probably their costumes for the Duct Tale Ball at Globals
WTF? says
Hell is now a great vacation spot from Aberdeen Middle. I feel so bad for the teachers, students and Mrs. White.
WTF? says
I don’t understand who is giving thumbs down to this. Have you looked at the administrative line-up forthis school? Do you realize the students and teachers are suffering. How has the current principal been allowed to stay? How in the hell is a promotion from within a good idea? Those that have been in the pool a while have every right to be pissed and spiteful. This is foul-play at its max.
Concerned Citizen says
Foul play is only beginning…just wait and see what next year brings…
The teachers and staff should be interviewed by Board members to find out what is “really” going on at Aberdeen Middle…
Waiting for change says
cronyism. That is what it comes down to! Qualified or not!
Dave says
Which ap is leaving cmw?
tinfoil antenna says
Halloween is still October 31st this year, right?
Jaguar Judy says
Which one is Ryan Burbey?
hcpsteacher10 says
It’s a shame that people in this county feel the need to mock these students without understanding why they are there. Unless you’ve been involved as a teacher sponsor or a parent, Destination Imagination is a challenge that pushes students to solve a problem in a creative, beyond the box manner which entails plans, usually construction of things like vehicles or supports, and full costume to go with it. Blame the Dagger for not including a more indepth explanation of the photo and the particular challenge these students chose…but don’t ridicule them for their hard work. ( and for those that need to know…I am home with a sick child and not typing on work time!)
Fred at Popeyes, eating chicken says
I prefer popeyes, but KFC is good too.
noble says
Well stated.
Except that this appears to be a press release from the Board of Ed, reprinted by The Dagger– which means the Board of Ed should have done a better job of explaining the program.
HOLD UP WAIT A MIN says
HOLD UP WAIT A MIN REGULAR EDUCATION? ARE YOU SAYING KIDS WHO AREN’T IN THE PROGRAM DON’T WORK HARD?
Jaguar Judy says
hcpsteacher10,
We would all feel a lot better about this if we knew that each student shown already knew how to balance a check book, fill out an application for employment, write complete and grammatically correct sentences, calculate interest, etc.
jerry kleimer says
KFC is good, but I like original recipe. Not a big fan of all the new stuff they introduced here recently on the menu.
HOLD UP WAIT A MIN says
NAH BONELESS IS THE SHIT
RAP STAR SUPERSTAR says
WHY’S YOU ACTING LIKE A, LIKE A, LIKE A
BIA BIA
pool boy says
I could go for some fish and chips to be honest.
Basketball Mom says
Hey, wait a minute! didn’t that New Assistant Principal at Aberdeen Middle school spend a weekend in Jail? I am trying to figure out what is mean’t by high moral fiber as stated by the new “interim” superintendent.
bossmomz says
Basketball mom OBVIOUSLY knows very little and is a MEAN person
benrichland says
Does the Norrisville Elementary School community realize why the “acting principal” was removed from his assignment at Fountain Green Elementary School? The school system did a great job at burying him and his issues in the fall.
