From the Aberdeen Police Department:
Aberdeen, MD October 16, 2013 – Investigators have charged Jesse A Bowen 33, of the 800 block of Lafayette Street, Havre de Grace in the incident involving Violet Ripken yesterday.
Bowen has been charged with attempted armed robbery, attempted armed car jacking, possessing a dangerous weapon, first degree assault and several controlled substance related charges.
He is currently being held at the Harford County Detention Center without bond.
With out Bond ? the man likely never knew who he was robbing & now he is in hot water. should do them all that way no bond.
This #hitbag has a laundry list of pending and adjudicated cases. He should not be on the streets to begin with he received an 18 month sentence on in July of 2013 for- Dangerous Weapon: Wear And Carry With Intent To Injure- AND ALL 18 MONTHS WERE SUSPENDED, which means he never saw a day in jail. He has at least 5 other pending criminal cases and 6 other traffic pending cases. Time for the courts to do there job and not be so sympathetic.
If this is true, I challenge DaggerPress to do some investigative reporting and publish the name of the judge who passed this sentence, and, if it was a guilty plea, the name of the prosecutor who agreed to this.
Time for some public shaming!
Bane – “but we really need a helicopter”
Citizens – “but we really need more detention centers to keep trash like this off the streets”.
Bane – “zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz”
And may his asshole forever stretch in prison.
will someone please check to make sure this poor woman doesn’t have a bulls eye on her back???
