From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
[November 6, 2013, Fallston, MD] — On November 6, 2013 at 11:47 a.m. Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2400 block of Reckord Road for a report of several male subjects reportedly cutting up soccer goals in the back yard of a residence.
While en route deputies were advised the goals came from the Harford County Parks and Recreation Reckord Road Complex. Upon arriving, deputies saw that several soccer goals had been cut up into numerous pieces and were observed in the back of a blue Ford Explorer. Investigation by Deputy Terry Lindsey revealed sometime after 5:00 p.m. on November 5th, Paul Edward Brown, 23, of 9302 Sea Horse Court in Baltimore and Clarence Andrew Kahl Jr, 41, of 8214 Diamond Point Road in Baltimore, and several other suspects, removed four soccer goals from the complex.
The goals were taken behind a vacant house located at 2408 Reckord Road where they were cut up for scrap metal. Brown and Kahl were immediately taken into custody and are charged with theft and malicious destruction of property. Deputies were later informed as they pulled up to the scene a white male was observed running into the woods, and they are also investigating the involvement of yet a fourth suspect.
The suspects were transported to the Harford County Detention Center where they are currently incarcerated pending a hearing before a Harford County District Court Commissioner. Each of the soccer goals is valued at $1,200 each.

Make them pay restitution for all of the goals before they are released – PERIOD!

Other goals in the area upset that HCPD not charging them for multiple counts of kidnapping, torture and murder. Police said it was one of the most horrific human-on-sports equipment crime scenes ever. When asked what they found one officer responded “nothing but net”.

What’s HCPD?
