From Harford County Government:
(Bel Air, MD) – The Baltimore County Department of Public Works has advised Harford County that they are planning to perform repairs to the deck of the Hess Road Bridge in Monkton starting on January 6.
Traffic will be detoured between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to make the repairs. It could take up to a week for the repairs, weather permitting.
The detour will be posted in accordance with the approved plan. Crews will post signs on December 18 about the upcoming closures.

Could you update this article to tell us if the bridge being repaired is on the portion of Hess Road east or west of the Jarrettsville Pike?

Oh crap looks like the pull off area on the harford county side will be kinda obvious. Now where are all the lazy harford county workers gonna loaf off waiting for 3 o’clock everyday?
