A Community Input Meeting (CIM) has been announced for East Property – northwest of the intersection of Belcamp Rd and MD Route 7 , near the intersection of MD 7 & Md 543. Develop approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Install associated infrastructure (sidewalks, parking, utilities and stormwater management) The site is 2.83 acres and zoned B3.
